From the expediency of enquiry return, to the very detailed quote and the explanation of the process I knew from the outset Tom was going to do an outstanding job. He was constantly in contact preparing for the job and was very flexible with timing to ensure the project would not interfere with life's normal running.

He arrived and began with ensuring that throughout the job he explained each step and spent time finding the right stain to enhance the home. He was immaculate in his work and carried out the job as quoted and on time.
